Short story of me

I was born in a family where i always have constant support on what i'm doing. Today, I am dedicating myself in technology. The story begun years ago when i was in primary school. My father was an employee in an IT company and we always have a habit to go to a bookstore in weekend. At first, i'm interested in science books. I also sometimes visit the engineering rack where i found myself also interested in engineering (such as electrical, automotive, etc). Then one day, i'm running out of book that i am interested to read and went to the rack where my father always visit. The computer book rack. There, I found a book that really catches my eye titled "Pemrograman Visual Basic untuk Kelas 12" and there where this story begun.

Day by day, my interest in computer programming getting bigger and bigger. When I first succeed to make a very simple calculator that only add 2 numbers, I started to think what can I make with simple calculation. I made an age calculator to show to my family. About 2 years later when I was in junior highschool. I also found that videography and videoediting is interesting. At that point, I changed my focus to study more about video editing and created several mini-movies with my friends.

My interest switched again when I started to join my father workshops. He sometimes held seminars/workshops about computer (the topic was about Microsoft Office Excel) and my family was participating to help administration jobs such as registration etc. During the class, I listened all the materials he gave and after several seminars, I was able to master the training materials and I begun to be an assistant where I help participants about minor problems they faced. This what makes me to grow huge passion in teaching. Started in 2018, I moved to the front of the stage. Not just an assistant but a trainer !. I started by training Microsoft Power BI and have visited some companies to do in-house meeting.

My parents saw my huge interest in computer science is growing bigger and they suggest me to find a way to accomodate those passions to something useful. They recommended me to take IT Certification to challenge me to verify if my skills are really growing. I begun to take IT courses from local startups and my first course was Cisco CCNA. I didn't took the exam but I continue my quest in certification and earned certifications from microsoft. I took the exam at Executrain Jakarta and luckily passed my first ever certification and earned Microsoft Certified Professional. I was taking the exam 70-483(Programming in C#) and they told me that I was the youngest participant who joined and passed that kind of exam. I was in Highschool that time (2017). I didn't stop and still continue to pursue more IT Certifications. those certifications can be found in the certification list I posted on the home page.

During college at PPTI BCA, I met a lot of friends with similar curiosity and passion in computer programming. This makes me to grow my knowledge in programming rapidly. I also met new friends and we always support each other to train our skills and sometimes created something. They are Steven Lavinske and Timothy Nathanael Sampurna. We created some projects and posted some of them on the web to make it available for everyone. We've been doing it as a hobby and media to train and thickening our skills. Some of the projects that are available for public is listed in the Portfolio page.

As my teaching passion grows, one of my former teacher at Wardaya College once asked me to become a part-time teacher conducting a class for preparation for National Science Olympiad (OSN) majoring in Computer Science. I fulfilled his request and begun to be a teacher since August 2018.

Today, i'm part of ITBCA at Enterprise Security. My main job is to maintain and to ensure all BCA Applications are safe in cybersecurity perspective. Should you have anything to ask or if you just want to talk to me, feel free to contact me. See ya.. Cheers :D
